Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.

- Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives within existing India accounts, promoting Cubastion's offerings.

- Account Growth Strategy: Develop comprehensive plans to maximize account growth and unlock full potential.

- Trusted Advisor: Establish trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.

- Delivery Success: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

- Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Business Development: Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.

- Forecasting: Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.

- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on account status.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with presales and sales teams to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.

- Client Support: Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience: Over 6+ years of work experience in sales (IT Services) - B2B.

- Education: Graduates from Tier 1 institutions preferred.

- Communication & Influence: Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.

- Client-Focused Solutions: Proven experience delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.

- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously with sharp attention to detail.

- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Sales Skills: Proficiency in selling, influencing, negotiation, and presentation.

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align strategic thinking with company goals, demonstrate knowledge management, and uphold accountability and responsibility.
