Manage MR related activities pertaining to Integrated Systems (IMS) other certifications and system implementations of KSPL. KSPL is an Open forging 810 Tons ( Single Piece) and Die Forging ( 3 Tons) with associated facilities for Materials CS Alloy SS Duplex materials for our Forging Facility along with machining Heat Treatment Inspection and Customer coordination.

She/He should have a pleasing personality and diligence. This role requires maturity patience and high level of objectivity. She/He will be responsible for interacting with a team of respective shop heads coordinate with Purchase team and optimally align the overall expectation of the management.

Since this profile is versatile he is also expected to ensure implementation of prevailing systems and procedures and strive to adopt good Practices with an eye for progressively improving the Bottom line and Top Line as well.

He will be reporting to Head Quality.



Requirements

a. Overall implementation of IMS (including ISOPED NABL TC67) other audits including customer audits.

b. Safety implementation

c. Implement all statutory and Good Practices including 5S RCFA and application of Problem solving tools.

d. Overall planning and alignment of Capacity and Customer Expectations by application of smart planning tools eg ERP PERT to optimize productivity.

e. Business Volume Enhancement New Product Development

f. Project Planning for New Plant/Factory SetUp Industrial Management System and Business Development.

g. Ensure best Planning Practices in the Organization

h. To implement the lean process of manufacturing.

i. Troubleshooting in Forging Shop and Analyse and make CAPA.

To Ensure best results from supporting departments ( Viz. Maintenance Tool room Etc). k. High level of integrity
