The company’s vision is to empower everyone towards an active and healthier lifestyle through innovative fitness solutions, enabled by technology.Role Overview:We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven P&L Head for our Pilates vertical who will own end-to-end business performance and expansion. This is a cross-functional leadership role that requires a blend of operational expertise, business acumen, and a passion for fitness. You will be responsible for scaling the Pilates business, ensuring profitability, and delivering seamless execution across cities.Key Responsibilities:- Own the P&L for the Pilates vertical — drive revenue, optimize costs, and ensure profitability - Lead and execute the expansion strategy across multiple locations - Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Product, HR, and Central Teams - Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, customer demand, and competitive landscape - Set up and streamline operational processes for new and existing centers - Drive excellence in customer experience and studio performance - Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing team - Track key business metrics, generate insights, and drive data-backed decisionsWhat We're Looking For:- 6+ years of experience in brick-and-mortar businesses (e.g., fitness chains, retail, F&B, healthcare, wellness) - Proven track record of owning and delivering on P&L objectives - Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills - Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills - Deep passion for fitness and wellness — ideally a personal interest or background in Pilates, fitness, or sports - Willingness to travel or relocate as neededWhy Join Us:- Be part of a high-impact, fast-growing fitness brand - Drive innovation in one of the most premium verticals at Cult.fit - Work with passionate teams and build something that positively transforms lives - Competitive compensation and growth opportunities
