Develop and executebusiness strategiesto achieve revenue, margin, and profitability targets. Drivetop-line growththrough expansion of product portfolio, customer base, and market share. Monitor key financial metrics—sales, gross margin, operating costs, and EBITDA. Optimizeworking capitalby managing inventory turnover and credit collections. Identify opportunities toimprove marginsthrough cost optimization Maintain high standards ofethical business conductand compliance with internal policies. Analyzemarket trends, competitor activities, and customer insightsto guide strategic decisions. Collaborate closely withcorporate leadership , finance, procurement, sales and operations teams.
