Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated AVP Sales to lead our sales team and drive strategic growth. This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru. The AVP Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities, with a strong focus on expanding HIDECORs market presence. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales activities with the companys broader objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals.

- Manage key accounts, develop strong client relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Identify new business opportunities and lead efforts to expand the customer base.

- Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales management practices.

- Collaborate with design, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution and service delivery.

- Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

- Negotiate contracts, handle client proposals, and ensure timely closure of deals.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or related industries.

- Strong knowledge of Sales Operations and Sales Management principles.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Experience in handling large-scale projects and working with corporate clients is a plus.
