Discrete Manufacturing , and Value Chain Planning. Strong technical proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Forms is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in complex problem-solving, be comfortable working under pressure, and possess self-motivation and strong communication skills. Occasional weekend work may be required, and a customer-focused, well-organized, and collaborative team player attitude is essential. As a member of the Support organization, the role entails delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers, addressing non-technical inquiries and technical troubleshooting via various communication channels. The position also involves acting as a liaison between customers and internal Oracle teams, providing guidance on customer situations and handling escalated issues effectively.
