About the job:

- As a Head of International Operations, you will be the driving force behind our company's vision and mission.

- You will serve as the primary spokesperson and ambassador, representing our organization to stakeholders, partners, and the public.

- Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing all aspects of operations, with a particular emphasis on business development, project delivery, and client relationship management.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

- Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate the team towards excellence.

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in all aspects of operations.

- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth and expansion in cross-border trade and investment.

- Cultivate relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry leaders.

- Lead negotiations and strategic partnerships to enhance the company's market position.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project milestones and objectives.

- Implement effective project management processes and methodologies.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.

- Act as the primary point of contact for high-level client engagements and negotiations.

- Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation strategies.

- Monitor financial performance and implement measures to optimize profitability and sustainability.

- Serve as the public face of the company, representing its interests in various forums and events.

- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, conveying the company's vision and values.

- Enhance the company's brand and reputation through strategic communication initiatives.

Desired profile of the candidate:

- Proven experience (10 years) in a senior leadership role, within the international trade or investment sector.

- Demonstrated track record of success in driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering results.

- Strong understanding of cross-border trade dynamics, global markets, and regulatory frameworks.

- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and empower teams to achieve excellence.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, international relations, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, JD) preferred.
