We are looking for a skilled Finance Executive to oversee and manage financial operations, ensuring the company's financial health and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day financial activities, analyze financial data, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Management:
  • Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  1. Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor expenses and provide insights to optimize costs and improve profitability.
  1. Invoice Management:
  • Generate and review client invoices for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Follow up on payments and maintain records of receivables and payables.
  1. Financial Analysis:
  • Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
  • Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  1. Compliance and Audit:
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  1. Process Improvement:
  • Identify inefficiencies in financial operations and propose improvements.
  • Implement and monitor best practices in financial management.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA or MBA in Finance is a plus).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Soft Skills:
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
