If youre a visionary with a knack for building meaningful alliances, join us in driving the strategic direction of digital finance.You need to be a HODLer of these:- 35 years of experience in program management, project management, or business operations.- Demonstrated success in driving complex, cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data, build dashboards/reports, and provide actionable insights (SQL knowledge preferred).- Proven experience collaborating with and presenting to senior leadership teams.- Background in high-growth or scaling environments, with adaptability to changing priorities.- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority.- Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate insights into clear, persuasive narratives for leadership.- Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.You will be mining through these tasks:- Drive end-to-end program management of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely delivery against business commitments.- Build and maintain operating cadences, trackers, and dashboards to monitor progress and performance.- Analyse business metrics, prepare performance reports, and surface outliers for leadership action.- Partner closely with Analytics, Revenue, BD, and other teams to ensure alignment and remove roadblocks.- Proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and implement solutions to keep programs on track.- Act as the single point of accountability for driving execution excellence across cross-functional requests.Are you the one?
