You will be mining through these tasks

Acquisition:

- Lead the comprehensive planning and execution of campaigns aimed at acquiring users through influencer marketing, community engagement, and referral programs.
- Develop and implement cohesive on-product experiences.
- Formulate impactful customer messaging that resonates with the target audience.

Referral:

- Manage Web3's referral campaign across various sub-products.
- Experiment with diverse referral strategies to optimize constructs for different cohorts (e.g., rewards, eligibility criteria, referral criteria).
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of referral functionalities on the product.

You need to be a HODLer of these:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategising, planning and executing growth campaigns
- Proven expertise in using growth tools like MoEngage, Mixpanel, and Plotline
- Analytical: Must be data-driven and able to analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-informed decisions
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to manage stakeholders and foster cross-team collaboration effectively (across product, design, marketing, analytics)
- Proven expertise in creative problem solving, analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment and able to adapt quickly to new challenges
