Role Overview:

As an Influencer Relationships Executive, you will be the bridge between Chamberofgods and our influencer network. You’ll drive impactful campaigns, maintain ongoing relationships with influencers, and ensure the quality and consistency of brand representation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is eager to make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Influencer Partnerships:

  • Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with influencers who align with Chamberofgods mission and values.
  • Develop and execute influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand strategy.
  • Oversee quality control of influencer content, ensuring posts meet campaign guidelines and are published on time.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage influencer agreements, and handle compensation processes.


2. Campaign Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain an up-to-date influencer database, tracking campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Generate detailed daily and weekly reports to measure the success of influencer campaigns and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine strategies based on performance data.


3. Customer Relations:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for influencers and customers, resolving queries and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Leverage influencer and customer feedback to improve campaigns and product positioning.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related field.


Skills:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms and tools for influencer tracking and campaign reporting (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM software).
  • Negotiation and contract management expertise.


Mindset:

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple projects and keeping track of KPI's.
