Designation: Business Development Officer – Other Markets

Location-Bareily

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

●       Growing business of a branded consumer painting service. Includes, ensuring customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service delivery and adequate supervision of sites; improving speed of response to customers, quality of sales pitch, higher lead conversion and upgrading products used at sites.

●       Growing secondary sales in the territory through activities targeting Painters & Contractors.

●       Supporting marketing activities in the territory by promoting focus products among influencers

●       Driving participation of influencer in training initiatives of the company at iTrain training academies

●       Coaching, training, and monitoring the team to improve performance & maintain operational discipline

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

●      Experience in business development and influencer sales

Personality Trait Requirements:

●       Personable, presentable with excellent language, communication and presentation skills

●       Analytical, High-energy level, Motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

●       Skilled in Client Relationships

●       Strong inter-personal skills with ability to collaborate and work as a team member in accomplishing goals

●       Planning, prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

Requirements

• candidates from building materials background – Paints/Tiles/Ceramics/Pipes will be preferred.
