Summary:

A Sales Manager in real estate for second homes is responsible for leading and motivating a team of telecallers to generate leads and drive sales for second home properties. They will oversee lead generation, customer engagement, and sales performance, while also ensuring accurate data management and Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including outbound calling, and social media engagement.

- Motivate, train, and supervise telecallers, providing guidance and support to improve their performance.

- Interact with potential buyers, answer their questions, and build rapport to encourage them to schedule site visits or purchase properties.

- Monitor and analyze team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase sales conversions.

- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting in the excel.

- Provide regular reports on team performance, lead generation, and sales trends.

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to optimize efficiency.

- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve shared Proven leadership experience in a telecalling or sales environment.

- Strong understanding of real estate, particularly in the second home market.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve high performance.

- Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.

- Sales experience, particularly in luxury real estate or high-ticket items.
