Learn more about our forward-thinking projects at Description:- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for an experienced HRIS/HRMS Manager. - The HRIS/HRMS Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's HRIS systems, streamlining business processes, analyzing data to support informed decisions, and overseeing employee benefits administration. - Additionally, the role involves leading HRIS-related projects, optimizing resources, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Experience with HRIS systems and knowledge of Human Resources processes.- Strong analytical skills for evaluating data and implementing efficient business processes.- Proficiency in managing employee benefits programs and ensuring their effective delivery.- Project management experience, including the ability to oversee HRIS implementations and updates.- Proven problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to align systems with organizational goals.- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in HRIS/HRMS management roles.- Bachelors/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.- Excellent communication and leadership skills with attention to detail.
