Join our Global Growing Team for immediate hiring of a ServiceNow Developer in DLF Cyber City, Gurugram/Gurgaon on the 20th of September 2025 Saturday at 10:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

- 3+ years of support/implementation experience on ServiceNow

- Experience with Service portal is advantageous

- ITIL/ServiceNow certifications are a plus

- Establish quality control standards, monitor performance, and provide reports

- Familiarity with ServiceNow integration protocols

- Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and effective time management

- Proficiency in web-based development languages, especially JavaScript and Ajax

- Understanding of ITSM Framework, ITIL, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, GRC
