Job Description:
As a Senior Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Developer, you will be responsible for designing and configuring end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise in SPM will enable you to act as a ServiceNow Admin and support various SPM modules including Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource Management, Project Workspace, and Financial Planner Workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure scripts, catalog forms, and workflows.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and solution design.
  • Perform impact assessment on new solutions and SPM enhancements.
  • Carry out system integration testing, unit testing, and UAT support.
  • Manage code reviews, migrations, and production rollouts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant ServiceNow SPM experience.
  • Strong understanding of SPM Product Suite and its integrations.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
