Job Title: Store Manager – Leading Formalwear Brand

Reporting To: Area Manager / Retail Head

Role Overview
As a Store Manager, you will be the face of our brand on the retail floor. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving store performance, leading a passionate team, and upholding the brand ethos. With a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership, you will ensure operational excellence, impeccable presentation, and customer delight.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Experience
- Create a warm, engaging, and personalized shopping environment for all visitors.
- Drive high standards of customer service and product knowledge within the team.
- Handle customer concerns and queries with professionalism, empathy, and speed.
- Champion consultative selling to help customers discover ideal fits and styles.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members to reflect the brand's excellence.
- Motivate and inspire the team to meet and exceed sales and service goals.
- Conduct regular team training, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Foster a culture of accountability, enthusiasm, and continuous improvement.
Sales & Operations
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor KPIs such as footfall conversion, average transaction value, and UPT.
- Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Ensure timely execution of visual merchandising and promotional strategies.
Brand & Visual Standards
- Maintain visual presentation standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Ensure that store layout, product placement, and displays reflect brand identity.
- Organize in-store events, styling sessions, and exclusive previews to build customer engagement.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales and operations.
- Ensure adherence to all brand, operational, HR, and safety compliance protocols.
- Liaise with corporate teams on marketing, VM, and stock planning initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in premium or formalwear retail, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in driving sales, team development, and customer experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of retail KPIs and metrics.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering refined customer service.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak trading periods.
