Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Store Manager at Centreal Bazaar. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing staff, creating work schedules, and developing and implementing merchandising strategies. The Store Manager will also ensure that the store meets its sales goals, and that customers receive exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management experience in a high-volume retail store
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies and motivate staff to increase sales
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions to drive business success
- Experience with employee scheduling, staff management, and performance management
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Point-of-Sale (POS) software
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
- A willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
