  • Delivery owner for the Transformation and Business deliveries for all applications under the assigned cluster
  • Responsible for delivery governance and stakeholder management for the domains under the cluster - aligned with the customer Domain Owner
  • 1st Level of Escalation SPOC for each of the domains within the cluster
  • Drive the Transformation roadmap and the transformation commitments for each domain
  • Drive the Business Delivery commitments from each domain for the Business releases, and enable required support where needed
  • Drive E2E Readiness for the Business releases - delivery commitments, defect resolution, TL readiness, CL readiness
  • Enable any dependencies / blockers in achieving the commitments, in close co-ordination with required teams
  • Drive planning to support Hypercare phase for the Business launches for all domains
  • Ensure standardized implementation of DevOps and WoW practices within each domain team
  • Review the domain capacity and alignment with the forecast projections
  • Review and ensure Quality assurance practices are followed for all deliveries
  • Responsible for the Operational parameters around revenue, cost, margins for the responsible domains
  • Preparation of weekly/monthly steering reporting to the Domain Owners and Customer Program Mgmt team


Required skills & Qualifications

  • Over 15 years of work experience, with 5-8 years of proven record at managing Large Programs and leading Transformation delivery programs
  • Experience in Telecom BSS application delivery especially Telecom Billing
  • Knowledge about Telecom domain with deep know-how about Billing systems, CRM systems, Order Management systems and other Telecom BSS Applications.
  • Proven experience in strategic projects with high impact
  • Proven experience in delivery excellence achieved in similar engagements through delivery best practices, and quality assurance measures
  • Proven experience in operational excellence delivered through financial controls
  • Proven experience in the stakeholder management and strong communication
