Role Description
We are seeking a Cold Calling Specialist to join our logistics team. This is a full-time, on-site role in Kolkata, West Bengal, working directly with our USclients. The Cold Calling Specialist will be responsible for prospecting new leads, conducting outbound calls, and building relationships with logistics companies, carriers, and potential customers. The role requires fluent communication in both Spanish and English and the ability to work in the US shift (Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective logistics clients in English and Spanish.
- Present and promote logistics solutions to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
- Accurately document all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or business development (logistics industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into opportunities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient with CRM tools and call tracking systems.
- Must be able to work US business hours (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or logistics are an advantage.
