Role and Responsiblities

  1. To ensure capacity utilization by recruiting FLS as per the manpower budget.

  2. To ensure adherence to recruitment criteria and process set by the company.

  3. To ensure that leads generated by the call center are allocated, tracked and closed.

  4. To ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved

  5.  To motivate and retain team.

  6.   To maintain Roster for Team

  7. To provide Handholding and sales orientation to FLS Joint Calls.

  8. To identify Training Requirement of FLS and handhold via L&D Manager or personally conduct them as and when required..

    Desired Candidate Profile

Age between 23 - 40 yrs

At least -6year of  Agency Sales /Direct Salesexperience in Insurance Sector

At least  years of team handling experience

Willing to travel across the assigned locations Managing Desired Advisor Development Productivity

High on Honesty and Integrity

Ready to Stretch and Achieve.
