About the RoleWe’re seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to lead the end-to-end purchase and vendor management process. You’ll ensure seamless sourcing, negotiation, and asset management to maintain smooth business operations.Key Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end procurement for office and event management supplies. - Lead vendor identification, negotiation, and purchase order finalization. - Manage vendor performance, payment cycles, and invoice approvals. - Oversee office supplies and asset management — including laptops, SIM cards, and other resources. - Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for senior leadership.Requirements- Experience as a Procurement or Purchase Manager in a corporate setup. - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. - Excellent attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
