The organization partners with top banks and financial institutions, offering a modern cloud platform to reimagine banking, lending, compliance, payments, and digital finance :- Design and own the end-to-end test automation strategy across UI, API, integration, and performance layers.- Architect and enhance automation frameworks for web, API, and performance testing (Cypress, K6, Selenium, etc.).- Integrate automated tests into GitLab CI/CD pipelines as quality gates and establish continuous testing.- Manage test environments and data using AWS and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).- Champion quality practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with PSD2, GDPR, and PCI DSS standards.- Monitor KPIs (coverage, defect leakage, test pass rates) and drive continuous improvement in quality :- 18 to 25 years of QA & test automation experience, with strong expertise in building automation frameworks for large-scale distributed systems.- Hands-on programming experience in Java/JVM languages, with additional scripting in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.- Deep knowledge of UI (Cypress/Playwright/Selenium), API (RestAssured, Postman, K6), and performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).- Strong CI/CD integration skills (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) with Docker/Kubernetes exposure.- Cloud experience in AWS, with Terraform/IaC for environment provisioning.- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with a quality-first mindset.Preferred Qualifications : Domain expertise in banking, fintech, or payments, AdvancedWhat is in it for you :- Drive automation-first quality transformation in a global fintech leader.- Exposure to cutting-edge cloud, CI/CD, and AI/ML testing practices.- Opportunity to collaborate with top banks and financial institutions worldwide.
