Join our company Konexions. We're seeking ambitious and energetic individuals who are Graduated to join us as Quality Assurance (QA).

*Responsibilities:*
- Provide constructive feedback to agents, highlighting areas of improvement and recognizing excellent performance.
- Collaborate with training teams to address specific skill gaps and contribute to ongoing training programs.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement(TNI).
- Work closely with team leaders and managers to meet and exceed performance targets.

*Requirements:*
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist in a BPO environment.
- In-depth understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, work experience as QA.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
