Description : Responsibilities :- Deliver an onsite/Hybrid Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program.- Conduct end-user functional trainings across multiple batches through a hybrid model (80% online, 20% classroom).- Develop comprehensive training materials, SOPs, user manuals, and process documentation in alignment with PwCs Oracle Fusion implementation framework.- Partner closely with the PwC implementation team and internal business leads and users to ensure training reflects actual configured business processes.- Conduct knowledge assessments, feedback sessions, and provide post-training support.- Tailor training sessions to match participant skill levels and functional roles.- Ensure consistency and quality of delivery across all batches and modules.Qualifications : - Minimum 10+ years of functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.- Minimum 5 years of experience in conducting functional or end-user training programs.- Proven expertise in at least two or more of the following modules : Finance, SCM, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inventory, LCM etc.- Demonstrated understanding of Oracle-certified implementation methodologies.- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills - both in-person and virtual.- Ability to translate complex ERP workflows into clear, user-friendly training sessions.- Skilled in preparing training content, assessments, and performance evaluation tools.
