Our core values begin at the very top and span the broad reach of our global community.We offer dynamic careers for those individuals looking to be a part of something bigger and provide unequivocal opportunities for growth within the organization.PSA BDP serves over 5,000 customers, including some of the world's leading multinational companies within the chemical, retail & consumer, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and electric vehicle & industrial verticals.About the RolePSA BDP is expanding its footprint across India, and we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join our Delhi team — the heart of the nation’s logistics and trade network.In this dynamic role, you’ll lead business development initiatives, onboard new clients, and strengthen existing relationships across diverse industry sectors.You’ll play a key role in delivering customized, multimodal logistics solutions that align with our clients’ strategic supply chain goals.What You’ll DoDrive Growth & Retention- Acquire and onboard new customers while growing existing accounts to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. - Identify potential opportunities in customers’ supply chain processes and design need-based logistics solutions using PSA BDP’s service portfolio.Build Lasting Partnerships- Develop strong, long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and regular interaction. - Maintain a healthy, high-quality sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups and relationship nurturing.Promote PSA BDP’s Full Suite of Solutions- Cross-sell across all product lines: Ocean & Air Freight, Customs Clearance, Contract Logistics, Port+ Solutions, CFS, Trade Compliance, LLP, Multimodal Transport, Surface Transport, and Digital Tools. - Collaborate with regional and global product heads to deliver tailored presentations and integrated logistics solutions.Collaborate & Execute- Coordinate with internal stakeholders — Pricing, Operations, CHB, and Warehousing — to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction. - Work closely with industry vertical leaders for joint client meetings and strategic customer engagements.Lead with Market Insight- Monitor market trends, competition, and carrier activities to identify business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. - Represent PSA BDP at industry events and exhibitions to enhance brand presence and build new partnerships.Operate with Integrity- Adhere to company policies, including FCPA compliance and all relevant legal guidelines. - Ensure Salesforce CRM is consistently updated with all customer activities, opportunities, and wins.What You’ll Bring- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred). - 5–6 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development within Freight Forwarding & Logistics in the Delhi region. - Strong customer network and understanding of local logistics markets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Certifications in Supply Chain Management or Sales are an advantage.Why Join PSA BDP?At PSA BDP, we’re shaping the future of logistics by combining innovation, digitalization, and a customer-first approach.
