The Sr Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and driving sales activities, generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing deals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies. The Sr Sales Executive will also participate in client meetings, property viewings, and negotiations to achieve sales targets.QualificationsProficiency in Sales Management and Client Relationship Management Strong skills in Lead Generation, Negotiation, and Closing Deals Experience in Market Research and Sales Strategy Development Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
