Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive to join our team in promoting and selling industrial laminates across various sectors including electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of industrial products and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors such as electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing. Promote and sell industrial laminates to existing and prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions. Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Track market trends, analyze competitor activity, and gather customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams such as production and logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Required Skills & Qualifications:B.Sc. / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical preferred) 2–5 years of experience in industrial product sales, preferably in laminates, insulation materials, or engineering goods. Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen related to industrial laminates and their applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
