JOB SUMMARY:

  • Reporting to the National Product Manager –Liabilities, the manager will play a vital role in development and enhancement of the current product portfolio
  • Manage all the products under digital banking initiative namely digital term deposits and saving account
  • Create and support Debit card program for all existing and new customers
  • Ensure Product reach in the relevant customer segments based on the available opportunity in the market and customer demand
  • Manager will support creation and maintenance of a framework to measure and monitor product portfolio performance.
  • Analysing and suggesting changes to existing products by co-ordinating with Sales, Operations, Competition benchmarking and customer surveys
  • Tracking product performance at branch level; leading to Achievement of overall digital CASA and TD book and Overall Branch Deposit Book Budgets across the zone


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Business
  • Creation of various programs for the customer segments in a planned manner to yield maximum returns and better efficiency
  • Develop and lead effective debit card program, engaging customers resulting greater usage of existing accounts with Ujjivan
  • Ensure a streamlined customer on-boarding experience by ensuring smooth Account Opening and engagement program
  • Determine the requirement of the market and create effective marketing campaigns
  • Ensure optimum utilization of all the available channels for acquisition and servicing
  • Manage customer life cycle through continuous improvement in product and support for any requirement that arises


Customer

  • Finding gaps in existing processes and support in enhancement of these for better customer experience
  • Streamline and manage account opening TAT and enhance systems as and when required
  • Develop feedback system for customers and internal staff to understand the requirement from the field
  • Customer specific complaint resolution within prescribed timelines
  • Make sure the customer grievances & escalations are resolved with the TAT


Internal process


  • Co-ordinating with regulatory teams for any requirement on the product. Keep track of the process that is followed on the field by regular internal checks
  • Work in close tandem with Legal, regulatory and compliance team for the product development and implementation


Learning & Performance


  • research on industry best practice and incorporate it with organizational practices
  • Getting trained in all the new Liability Products & Processes of the Bank
  • Training RSMs, Branches, Sales Officers in the new process & products
  • Training cross functional Teams on Liability Products, as part of new Branch Launches, Induction programmes, Refreshers


Education : Post-Graduation in Finance or Marketing, or post graduate in relevant field.


Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, 3 years of experience in Debit Card product in Banking
