The company's skilled team ensures excellence in every project.Role Description :- Lead functional workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.- Map business processes to standard Dynamics 365 F&O features and identify fit/gap areas.- Configure modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Procurement, Inventory Management, etc.- Prepare detailed Functional Design Documents (FDD) for customizations, integrations, and reports.- Support data migration activities: mapping, validation, and testing.- Define and execute test scenarios; support UAT and go-live cutover activities.- Train business users and create user documentation and SOPs.- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects) to deliver solutions.- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives.- Ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices, governance, and security standards.Key Requirements :- Minimum 12 years of overall ERP experience, with 5+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX 2012).- Strong hands-on experience configuring key Finance and/or Supply Chain modules.- Experience with at least 2 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations.- Solid understanding of accounting principles and core business processes.- Proficient in creating FRDs, FDDs, test cases, training materials.- Experience using LCS, Azure DevOps, and Excel Add-ins.- Strong communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.- Microsoft Certification in D365 Finance/Supply Chain (e.g., MB-310, MB-330) preferred.
