Role Description

Position: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O)

  • Lead functional workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Map business processes to standard Dynamics 365 F&O features and identify fit/gap areas.
  • Configure modules such as
    General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Procurement, Inventory Management
    , etc.
  • Prepare detailed Functional Design Documents (FDD) for customizations, integrations, and reports.
  • Support data migration activities: mapping, validation, and testing.
  • Define and execute test scenarios; support UAT and go-live cutover activities.
  • Train business users and create user documentation and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects) to deliver solutions.
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices, governance, and security standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum
    12 years of overall ERP experience
    , with
    5+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O
    (or AX 2012).
  • Strong hands-on experience configuring key
    Finance
    and/or
    Supply Chain
    modules.
  • Experience with
    at least 2 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations
    .
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and core business processes.
  • Proficient in creating
    FRDs, FDDs
    , test cases, training materials.
  • Experience using
    LCS, Azure DevOps
    , and
    Excel Add-ins
    .
  • Strong communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Microsoft Certification in D365 Finance/Supply Chain (e.g., MB-310, MB-330) preferred.
