Job Summary:

We DigiDelight are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Consultant with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of D365 F&O to meet business needs, while ensuring smooth business operations and end-user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and support of D365 F&O modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and Projects.
  • Participate in requirement gathering sessions and document functional specifications.
  • Conduct gap analysis and provide solutions based on best practices in D365 F&O.
  • Support configuration, testing, training, and go-live activities.
  • Liaise between business users and technical teams to ensure effective delivery.
  • Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and support tickets.
  • Prepare functional documentation and training materials.
  • Provide user training and post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&O Functional Consultant.
  • Basic knowledge of core modules like Finance, SCM, or Projects.
  • Experience in writing functional design documents (FDD).
  • Familiarity with end-to-end implementation cycles.
  • Good understanding of business processes and workflows.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (or equivalent).
  • Experience in client-facing roles or support environments.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform and data migration tools is a plus.
