You will be responsible for driving product adoption across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions, while also ensuring the highest standards of customer Requirements:- Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field- Strong communication and presentation skills- Ability to understand technical products and explain them effectively to customers- Candidates with 3 to 4 years of experience in medical device sales will be given preference. - However, freshers with excellent communication, confidence, and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. - For each region, proficiency in the local language is preferred as it helps in building stronger client connections.Key Responsibilities:As part of the sales team, you will be responsible for:- Meeting doctors, hospital management teams, biomedical engineers, and procurement teams to generate leads and convert them into sales- Conducting detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase product features and benefits- Coordinating with the service/technical team to ensure smooth installation, troubleshooting, and after-sales support- Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying potential new customers in your assigned territory- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and field execution- Travelling across your region and, when needed, to other parts of India for product demos, meetings, workshops, or customer visits (ref:iimjobs.com)
