Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Talent Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for graduates who are passionate about talent management and eager to support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.

Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Employee Engagement: Organize activities and initiatives to promote a positive work environment.

Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate and employee data in HR systems.

Event Planning: Coordinate recruitment events, career fairs, and workshops.

Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidate queries and follow-ups.

Collaboration: Work closely with HR and hiring managers to meet organizational talent needs.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on recruitment and onboarding metrics.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline talent management processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR and talent management field.
