Manage employee lifecycle processes Portal usage(Naukri/LinkedIn/Apna jobs) onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenance Oversee payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management. Support employee engagement initiatives and address HR-related queries.Qualifications & Skills: 2–6 years overall relevant experience in recruitment (agency or corporate), with exposure to managing hiring across multiple functions Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills Proficiency in recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), ATS, and HRMS systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and data analysis Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
