Hi Folks,We are currently hiring for multiple HR roles with a Leading firm based in Mumbai and Pune.Designation: HR & Sr. Hr Executive (Mumbai) / AM - HR (Pune)Location: Thane/Pune/ ChemburShift-Dayshift /6days working with Sunday fixed offNotice: Immediate Joiners only1.For HR Executive:Salary- For Hr executive (upto 3lpa-3.60lpa)for HR executive _ 1-2yrs of experienceRecruitment RoleLoc: Chembur /Thane2.For Sr .Hr (Upto 5lpa -6lpa)min 3-5yrs of exp is mandateNotice: Immediate Joiners onlyrecruitment RoleLoc: Thane Only3.Designation: AM HRQualification: GraduateSalary: upto 6-7LPAExp: Min 4-6yrsLoc: Pune (BANER)Notice period: Immediate only(for Assistant Manager role we are hiring for Pune Location (Baner)/ HR Recruitment (80%) & HR Operations (20%)Key Responsibilities for (Jr & Sr. HR- Mumbai):90% recruitment & 20 % Operation roleEnd to End recruitment process, selection, joining formalities, exit formalitiesScreening, interviewing, offer letter making.Manage employee lifecycle processesPortal usage(Naukri/LinkedIn/Apna jobs)onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenanceOversee payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.Support employee engagement initiatives and address HR-related queries.Key Responsibilities for (Am- Hr Pune ):- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level positions acrossdepartments (Non-IT as applicable)- Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelinesaccordingly- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using job portals, social media, referrals,agencies, and campus hiring- Screen and evaluate candidates through interviews, assessments, and background checks - Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding in coordination with HR operations - Mentor and guide junior recruiters or team members to achieve recruitment targets - Maintain recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and sourceeffectiveness- Collaborate with external recruitment vendors and ensure service-level compliance - Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring regulations, and data confidentiality - Provide regular reports and updates to HR leadership and stakeholders - Continuously improve recruitment processes and implement best practicesQualifications & Skills:- 2–7 years overall relevant experience in recruitment (agency or corporate), with exposure to - managing hiring across multiple functions - Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills - Proficiency in recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), ATS, and HRMS systems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and data analysis - Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proficiency MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.Interested candidate kindly share your cv at Khushi@shunyatattva.co.in or wa/me -9869200181Regards,Khushi RaneHr.
