As we accelerate our next growth phase under DCGpac 3.0, we are building a strongCorporate Account Management teamto strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth.Role: Account Manager – Corporate (RBD Business) We are looking foryoung, dynamic professionalswho are passionate about building relationships, delivering outstanding service, and driving customer success.Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of medium to large corporate customers with100% focus on retention and growth . Build strong client relationships throughdaily/regular customer visitsand consistent engagement. Deliverbest-in-class servicewith 24x7 availability and solution orientation. Drivecross-selling and upsellingof DCGpac’s portfolio across packaging, procurement solutions, and services. Understand client needs, create value propositions, and ensure seamless customer experience. Work closely with internal teams (procurement, logistics, design, finance) to ensure smooth delivery. Track, report, and achieve growth targets for each assigned customer.Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experiencein CRM, Account Management, or Key Account Management. Graduate from areputed university ; MBA/Engineer preferred. Pleasing personality, excellent communication & presentation skills. Strongrelationship management & service orientationmindset. High IQ, self-driven, and ability to operate with speed and precision. Proven track record ofservicing medium to large corporate clients.
