As we accelerate our next growth phase under DCGpac 3.0, we are building a strong Corporate Account Management team to strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth.Role: Account Manager – Corporate (RBD Business)We are looking for young, dynamic professionals who are passionate about building relationships, delivering outstanding service, and driving customer success.Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of medium to large corporate customers with 100% focus on retention and growth. - Build strong client relationships through daily/regular customer visits and consistent engagement. - Deliver best-in-class service with 24x7 availability and solution orientation. - Drive cross-selling and upselling of DCGpac’s portfolio across packaging, procurement solutions, and services. - Understand client needs, create value propositions, and ensure seamless customer experience. - Work closely with internal teams (procurement, logistics, design, finance) to ensure smooth delivery. - Track, report, and achieve growth targets for each assigned customer.Candidate Profile- 2-5 years of experience in CRM, Account Management, or Key Account Management. - Graduate from a reputed university; MBA/Engineer preferred. - Pleasing personality, excellent communication & presentation skills. - Strong relationship management & service orientation mindset. - High IQ, self-driven, and ability to operate with speed and precision. - Proven track record of servicing medium to large corporate clients. - Willingness for frequent customer visits and high availability.What We Offer- Competitive fixed salary of ₹5–8 LPA (or market equivalent in Dubai). - Excellent incentive system linked to retention, growth, and customer satisfaction. - Opportunity to work with a fast-growing AI-first, customer-centric company. - A platform to build your career in corporate relationship management with rapid growth opportunities.Number of Openings25 positions across Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Noida, Gurgaon, and DubaiIf you are passionate about building strong corporate relationships and want to grow with a company transforming B2B procurement in India & GCC, we’d love to hear from you
