- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytics needs and deliver insights.

- Manage data integrity and ensure high-quality reporting standards.

- Provide recommendations based on data insights to support strategic business decisions.

- Manage and mentor a young team of analysts.

Skills Required

- Understanding of SAP or equivalent ERPs

- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
