KeyResponsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand datarequirements and business needs.
  • Analyze largecomplex datasets to extract valuable insights.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to providetimely and accurate information to management.
  • Utilize SQL Python or other relevant tools to write andoptimize data queries and scripts.
  • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to identify trends patterns andopportunities within the data.
  • Transform datainto easytounderstand visuals using industrystandard visualizationtools (e.g. PowerBI Tableau).
  • Providerecommendations to enhance reporting efficiency and dataaccuracy.
  • Stay informed about industry trendsand best practices in data analytics and financialservices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in adata analysis role within the financial sector preferably within asecurities or investment firm.
  • Proficiency inSQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBITableau or similar platforms.
  • Strongunderstanding of financial and securities data includingfamiliarity with trading activities portfolio management and marketanalysis.
  • Excellent communication andpresentation skills with the ability to convey complex datainsights to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g. Python R) isa plus.
  • Selfmotivated detailoriented andcapable of working on multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. FinanceEconomics Computer Science) or equivalent workexperience.
