Job Title: Staffing SalesJob Summary:We're seeking a results-driven staffing sales executive to join our recruitment team. As a staffing and recruitment sales executive, you'll be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients towards placing candidates in various roles. Your earnings will be directly tied to your sales performance, and you'll have the opportunity to earn a significant income based on your sales success.Key Responsibilities:- Generate new business leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the recruitment industry. - Build and maintain client relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing solutions to meet those needs. - Meet sales targets: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our recruitment business. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.Requirements:1. Sales experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the recruitment industry.2. Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.3. Results-driven: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.4. Networking skills: Ability to build and maintain a strong network of contacts in the industry.Ideal Candidate:- Sales background: Strong sales background, preferably in recruitment or a related industry.- Industry knowledge: Understanding of the recruitment industry, including trends, challenges, and best practices.- Strong network: Established network of contacts in the industry.
