You will bring innovation to the sales process to accelerate our market growth.Your client portfolio will be unlimited; you can source new business across all Staff UAE business sectors:Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients through proactive lead generation activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.Client Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and positioning our services.Networking and Relationship Building: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and establish a robust professional network.What You Bring:- Proven experience in business development within Staffing/Recruitment.- Staffing Experience with agency OR IT Consulting exp with any IT system integrator- Exp. in 360 Degree IT recruitment OR
