Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Lead Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in presales, solution architecture, and customer engagement. This role involves working closely with sales, product, and technical teams to provide comprehensive solutions and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage presales activities, in particular solution presentations, product demonstrations, and technical workshops.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Review and Lead delivery of compelling proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and technical documentation.
- Act as a technical and functional advisor to customers, providing expertise on product capabilities and best practices.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends and include the same for the continuous sales pitch evolution.
- Provide support during the sales cycle, including discovery, qualification, and negotiation phases.
Mandatory Skills
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in solution designing, presales or a related role.
- Proven track record of successful presales engagements and technical solution delivery.
- Strong understanding of Core Banking solutions and services. Work experience with Flexcube Core Banking would be a big plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
