We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer (Team Lead) to lead a talented team of developers.

In this role, you will provide technical guidance, mentor team members, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality projects.

You will be hands-on with both front-end and back-end development, working closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers

- Provide technical guidance and conduct code reviews

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA)

- Architect and deliver scalable and maintainable solutions

- Contribute hands-on to both front-end and back-end development

- Ensure code quality, system reliability, and performance

- Manage timelines and prioritize tasks effectively

Technical Skills & Experience :

- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Experience with React.js, Next.js, or jQuery

- Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js

- Experience with SQL-based databases (SQL Server, MySQL)

- API development and third-party integrations

- Familiarity with caching mechanisms for performance optimization

- Experience configuring and managing Nginx on Windows

- Understanding of Windows Server fundamentals
