Job Title: Senior Magento Software Development Team Lead

Description:

This is a senior-level position for an experienced software development team lead who will be responsible for leading the development team in creating high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Led development teams to create scalable and efficient software solutions.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve project goals.
  • Mentored junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Crafted technical roadmaps to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of strong experience in Magento 1.x and Magento 2.x development (both front-end and back-end).
  • Hands-on experience with Magento Extensions installation, customization, and development.
  • Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and OOP principles.
  • Experience with Magento theme customization, module development, and extension integration.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Knockout.js, Require JS, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Understanding of Magento REST & GraphQL APIs for integrations.
  • Experience with version control (Git/Bitbucket) and build tools (Composer).
  • Exposure to production support environments (incident, problem, change management ITIL knowledge preferred).
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
