Build and Develop from the existing team at each campus. possess excellent project management skills have excellent written and communication skills Development of all properties – Government authority’s co-ordination (MMRDA, CIDCO, MSRDC, Municipal Corporations. Etc.) Study and evaluation of proposals, schemes, tenders, auctions launched by any Government authority. Other areas of work – Real Estate Management, Town Planning, Area development, General Administration etc.
