We are looking for a Sr Concierge Executive for a India’s premier customer engagement platform.

Onsite Role

Rotation Shift

CTC 8 to 10 LPA


Job Profile:

Assist customers with their travel inquiries and provide personalized recommendations.

Handle booking and reservation requests for flights, hotels, and other travel-related services.

Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information on travel itineraries, visa requirements, and travel regulations.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient customer service operations.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries and promote our services.

Stay updated on industry trends and new travel destinations to better assist customers in their travel planning.

Meet individual and team targets for SLA and customer satisfaction (NPS).

Handle customers’ personal data and payment information with confidentiality and accuracy.

Assist in handling emergencies and provide necessary support to customers during travel disruptions.

Handle Concierge services by providing seamless experience to the high-net-worth customers.


Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.

3 to 6 years of experience in customer support or travel consulting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Good knowledge of travel booking systems and online travel platforms.

Proficiency in using MS Office suite and other relevant software.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
