Roles and Responsibilities
● Order Management: Oversee end-to-end B2C and B2B order processes from creation to delivery. Provide regular status updates to customers and manage B2B documentation.
● Performance Monitoring: Track and review Warehouse & Delivery Partners' performance against SLAs. Share projections with teams and suggest improvements.
● Discrepancy and Returns Handling: Resolve order discrepancies and handle returns per company policies. Implement measures to minimise future issues.
● Reporting: Maintain and analyse performance metrics, including Fill Rate, Turn-around Time, Cost, Discrepancies, and Inward performance.
● SOP Deployment: Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, guide staff, conduct audits, and continuously improve processes based on feedback.
● Logistics Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and track new logistics partners for optimal delivery performance.
The Ideal Profile
● Basic understanding of warehousing and logistics operations.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficient in MS Excel.
