If you're a problem-solving whiz with a knack for logistics, we want youRoles and Responsibilities● Order Management: Oversee end-to-end B2 C and B2 B order processes from creation to delivery. Provide regular status updates to customers and manage B2 B documentation.● Performance Monitoring: Track and review Warehouse & Delivery Partners' performance against SLAs. Share projections with teams and suggest improvements.● Discrepancy and Returns Handling: Resolve order discrepancies and handle returns per company policies. Implement measures to minimise future issues.● Reporting: Maintain and analyse performance metrics, including Fill Rate, Turn-around Time, Cost, Discrepancies, and Inward performance.● SOP Deployment: Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, guide staff, conduct audits, and continuously improve processes based on feedback.● Logistics Partner Management: Identify, onboard, and track new logistics partners for optimal delivery performance.The Ideal Profile● Basic understanding of warehousing and logistics operations.● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.● Good communication and interpersonal skills.● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.● Proficient in MS Excel.LocationBhiwandi (Maharashtra)
