- 4 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing ideally in real estate, proptech, SaaS, or a related industry.

- Strong grasp of digital and performance marketing fundamentals.

- Excellent communication and strategy deck-making skills (PPT).

- Proficiency in Excel and ability to derive insights from data.

- A deep understanding of how to position premium brands with subtlety and confidence.
